Zhu Li

Deputy Chief Judge of the Intellectual Property Court of Supreme People's Court ("SPC"), Senior Judge.

Judge Zhu was born in November 1974. He has obtained a Ph.D. in Law. Starting from July 1999, he has successively served in Jiaozhou Municipal Party Committee School of Shandong Province and Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Since July 2007, he was successively appointed the Assistant Judge, the Judge and Senior Judge of the Civil Division No.3(IP Division) of SPC. From August 2016 to August 2017, he studied at Antonin Scalia Law School of George Mason University, USA and received a L.L.M in Law and economics. In June 2020, he was appointed the Deputy Chief Judge of the Intellectual Property Court of SPC.
