Zhou Xiang

Deputy Chief Judge of the Intellectual Property Court of Supreme People's Court ("SPC"), Senior Judge.


Judge Zhou was born in February 1972. He has obtained a degree of Ph.D. in Law. Starting from August 1994, he has successively served in the Personnel Department of SPC and the Intellectual Property Division of Beijing High People’s Court. He studied at Temple University, USA from July 1999 to April 2001 in pursuit of further legal studies and received a L.L.M in Law. Since December 2003, he has successively served in the Civil Division No.4 of SPC, the General Administration Office of SPC and the Civil Division No.3(IP Division) of SPC. In September 2012, he was appointed the Presiding Judge of the Civil Division No.3(IP Division) of SPC. In July 2017, he was appointed the Deputy Director General of the Enforcement Bureau of SPC. In December 2018, he was appointed the Deputy Chief Judge of the Intellectual Property Court of SPC.
